Phuket

Let's start with Phuket. It's one of the more popular locations that consistently draws tourists. Phuket is Thailand's largest island and is located in the south. It has its own international airport and ridiculously overpriced taxis will be waiting for you on arrival. The most popular area is Patong Beach and its main road, Bangla. Most people think of Phuket as Bangla but there are many other areas and beaches that are much nicer. Overall, Phuket is nice but overpriced compared with other areas.
